What - Franco Roero works with 10 hectares of vines just north of Asti in Piedmonte. He practices his craft as sustainably as possible by spraying only during certain years. Grapes are harvested and vinified in stainless steel before further aging. This helps to preserve the bright fruit character that makes this wine so appealing.
This is a proper table barbera with notes of cherry, redcurrant tobacco and spice.
Robust, spicy, beyond delicious. Vegan. 13.5% ABV.
