The Margahl Blanc is quite simply a great expression of the white grapes of Languedoc that really do well in the Mediterranian climate. The wine is a careful blend of organic Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Grenache blanc vinified on wild yeasts and aged in steel.
The result of this gentle, planet-friendly process is a dry white loaded with notes of citrus, gooseberry, peach, melon and honeysuckle. You get the citrus zing of Sauvignon Blanc, soft flowers of Chardonnay and tart fruit of the Grenache; an all-round excellent organic white wine.
Dry, fruity, full of sunshine. Vegan. Organic. Low intervention. 12% ABV.
