Grapes - Carignan, Cinsault, Cab Sauv, Syrah
What - Fruit of all varieties is sourced by the plot and fermented in individual tanks using wild yeasts. Post-fermentation, the wines are married together and further aged in stainless. The juice is left to clarify naturally and then is bottled with minimal sulphite resulting in notes of forest fruit, earth and lavender.
