What - In Alentejano, the wineries like to celebrate the old native varieties. Continental grapes do not get a look in. Top parcels of fruit are harvested from the plateaux vineyards surrounding the winery. The grapes are pressed and fermented separately in stainless steel. After fermentation the wines are married and aged further in stainless steel for 4 months.
This is a rounded, sunny wine with notes of lime, melons and tropical fruit.
