What - Masion Ventenac are third-generation winemakers who are dedicated to using low intervention methods at their winery in Cabardes where terroir is everything. They even hand-harvest at night to provide both freshness and absolutely no question over where this wine was made.
The juice has undergone cold stabilisation over 6 days before cold clarification and 2 months ageing on fine lees.
Fruit really shines through in the Coup de Chance from Ventenac - grapefruit and lemon are the main aromas before a lovely minerality comes through on the palate. A total sunshine wine with a citrus zing on the finish.
Fruit, mineral, terroir-driven. Vegan. Low intervention. ABV 12%.
