Grape - Muller Thurgau
Where - Wagram, Austria
What - Eschenhof Holzer is passionate for low intervention, experimental winemaking. The Holzer Invaders Orange was accidently born from a batch of Muller Thurgau that he left the grape skins on for too long (...21 days too long!). The resulting wine was delicious and he hasn't looked back. All is vinifed and aged in stainless steel before bottling with minimal sulphite. This is light, hazy orange with notes of lemon, hops, grapefruit and passionfruit.
Hazy, rounded and tropical. Vegan. Organic. Low Intervention. 12.5% ABV.
