Where - Dorset, England
Grapes - Chardonnay
What - The Blanc de Blanc reserve is an impressive 'champagne method' sparkling from a low intervention producer located in the heart of Dorset. The grapes are grown on chalk soils over three sites. The base juice is vinified and aged in French barrels. Once bottled, the wine is left to age on its lees for 3 years before closure and release.
This is a big rich style with notes of lemon, pear, buttery pastry and cream. It's ideal for any upcoming celebrations, but will also age excellently for 5 - 10 years.
11.5% ABV. Vegan. Low Intervention
