What - We've been on the hunt for a sustainably made New Zealand Pinot for ages. And here it is. The Pebble Dew Pinot Noir heralds from Marlborough, produced from organic vineyards that are managed entirely with protecting the environment in mind.
Hand-harvested grapes are handled with extreme care during the low intervention making process. Only the tiniest amount of sulphite is added, with nothing else going in whatsoever. Indigenous yeasts have been used for the ferment whilst a light vegan filtration has ensued for a ruby-red clarity.
This wine is all about the drinkability-factor. You'll be seriously torn between savouring and smashing! It's a fruit-forward stonker, buzzing with cherries and light forest fruits. It's a real thirst-quencher, being light in body with a zippy acidity. A very exciting NZ addition to our natural wine offering.
Light, juicy, smashable. Vegan. Low intervention. Organic practicing. ABV 13.5%.
