What - Donetella Martincigh has been in charge of making wine on her family’s estate for the last decade. Sauvignon grapes are sourced from the foothills of the Dolomites. The cold alpine winds make this an ideal area for grapes such as sauvignon blanc. Once pressed, the juice is fermented in steel and then further aged on its yeasts for added richness and texture.
This is a delicate pale white with notes of gooseberry, bell peppers, elderflower and stonefruits.
Light, delicate, zesty. Vegan. 13% ABV.
