Grapes - Scheurebe
Where - Pfalz, Germany
What - Emil Bauer & Sohne are two brothers who are at the forefront of bringing to life some of the older, dwindling vineyards in the area of Pfalz. They craft easy going German wines with care and precision ensuring you always get something utterly delicious.

Scheurebe is a riesling cross with an unknown variety. After hand harvest and vinification in steel with wild yeasts, this wine is bottled with only a light filtration and sulphite is kept to a minimum.

This is brimming with melon, citrus peels, flowering blossom, granite and herb which makes it perfect for the summer.

Bright, limey, refreshing. Vegan. Low intervention. 12.5% ABV.
