Grape - Scheurebe

Where - Pfalz, Germany

What - This has got to be one of the Wolf Wine OG wines, celebrating ze Germans with a sense of humour. Crafted by Weingut Emil Bauer & Sohne; a small Pfalz estate now run by two brothers who represent the 5th generation of Bauers to make wine here. The vines sit on rolling hills around Landau-Nussdorf. The vines are worked by hand as done many generation before.

This wine is incredibly similar to Riesling - Off dry, racy acidity with beautiful flavours of Pineapple, lychee, lime zest and honeysuckle.

Vibrant, Fruity, Fun. Sustainable viticulture. Vegan. 12% ABV
