What - ​This is our second offering from Phalz winemaker, Emil Bauer, and an absolute staple on our shelves. Alexander and Martin took over the family winery back in 2011 with the aim of updating their traditional German wines to appeal to a wider, unpretentious crowd of low intervention wine lovers. They quickly converted the vineyards to organic practicing and gave their labels a fun makeover. The Sex Drugs and Rock n' Roll Riesling is a crisp and smashable Riesling with a bit of a cult following, nowadays. No wonder, it's freakin' delicious. 
 
The grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in temperature-regulated stainless steel. After cold settling, the juice is bottled without fining or filtration. The result is a high-quality, bone-dry Riesling with flavours of Granny Smith apple, citrus and a hefty mineral finish. "Just Riesling for me, thanks!". In the Sex Drugs and Rock n' Roll Riesling, you've found a new dinner party favourite, for sure.
