What - Another amazing wine from Fabien Jouves made over at his stunning vineyard that lies between the limestone clay hillsides of the Cahors and Quercy wine regions. He is renowned worldwide for producing biodynamic wines that really boast the best attributes of their unique terroir. 
 
This impressive natural orange wine is made through completely natural vinification processes. Maceration occurs with destemmed grapes for 3 months in stainless steel vats. As with all of Fabien's wines, there's no fining, no filtration and minimal addition of sulphites. 
 
By implementing stellar and planetary rhythms into his farming methods, soil quality is increased hugely. The result is a selection of wines that shine with personality. 
 
The Skin-Contact is bursting with juicy tangerine and exotic fruits. It's intense, explosive and hugely enjoyable whether you're an established orange wine drinker or new to the obsession. The finish is long and fresh with an altogether balanced acidity.
