What - The Blacksmith winery is comprised of a number of winemaking friends all sharing a common appreciation of lighter, natural, vin-de-soif style wines. Unlike the conventional methods of heavy extraction and prolonged aging, the team at Blacksmith like to ferment their organic pinotage grapes in whole bunches. This results in a light, juicy wine that requires far less time to age. All the Blacksmith wines are bottled hazy with minimal sulphite.
The Hell Yeah is rich with cherry, brambles, redcurrant, stewed plums, minerals and tealeaf.
Ripe, rounded, expressive. Vegan. Organic. Low intervention. 13.5% ABV.
