Grapes - Chardonnay
Where - Languedoc, France
What - Christoph Muret works over a small site in central Languedoc. He practices his craft in keeping with sustainable agricultural methods. Inspired by the styles of Maconnais Chardonnay from Burgundy, his chardonnay is gently pressed and fermented on indigenous yeast in stainless steel. The wine is further aged on its sediment in stainless steel for a further year before bottling.

This is a zingy style of chardonnay with notes of lemon, flint and orchard fruit.

Bright, youthful and zesty. Vegan. Organic practicing. 12.5% ABV.
