Delivery

Order processing times: Orders are processed within 4 working days. During peak times/unforeseen circumstances this may double. 

Order delivery times: For all orders our delivery is estimated at a 1-2 day(s) service. Please note this does not guarantee it arriving on Fridays, it may arrive the next working week day(s). 

  • No minimum order required, whether you’re local or not—yay! (Charges apply) 

  • Delivery fees are a flat rate of £15 < 20kgs For orders above 20kgs please email Wolf Wine

  • Free order local pick up option - You will be notified via email when your order is ready. Please see our opening days/hours before you leave to collect your order. Please bring your order confirmation email. Orders are generally ready within 1-2 days of us being open. 

  • We deliver across most of Mainland UK, we don’t ship to Ireland or some parts of Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands).

  • Place an order before 3pm Wednesday, and we offer next business day delivery. Orders are shipped every Thursday. If we’re short-staffed, or for reasons out of our hands, this may change without notice. Orders placed after that will be sent the following week or at the next available time.

  • 1-2 day fragile/liquid courier service via APC starts at £15 (check the checkout page for delivery areas).

  • You must be 18 or older to buy or receive wine.

 

General Delivery Terms

a. The cut-off for delivery is 3pm on Wednesday. Orders after that will be sent the following week at the next convenient time.

b. Orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Thursday.

c. We aim to deliver on time using trusted couriers. However, sometimes things happen beyond our control, like bad weather or roadworks, causing delays. If your delivery is late, your first port of call is using the link the courier company sent you to track and raise any issues via them. If in doubt just drop us an email at sales@wolfwine.co.uk.

d. We cover most of the UK, but we don’t deliver to Ireland or certain areas of Scotland (like the Highlands and Islands).

e. During busy times, like Christmas or Easter, couriers might get overloaded, so deliveries could take longer than usual. Please be patient with us!

f. If you order 2 or more boxes, they might not arrive together, but don’t worry—the delivery charge stays the same.

g. If any items are out of stock, we’ll contact you to offer a replacement or find a solution to complete your order.

 

Refunds and Replacements

a. Once your delivery arrives, check the bottles! If something’s wrong or the delivery didn’t meet your expectations, reach out and let us know.

b. If any items are damaged or incorrect (wrong wine, for example), we’ll happily offer a refund or a replacement—your choice.

c. If your order goes missing, get in touch with the courier company right away and they can assist further, alternatively send us an email. If it’s lost, we’ll send a replacement once confirmed with the courier or issue a full refund if we can’t resolve it within 7 working days.

d. Since wine is perishable, we can’t accept returns for unwanted items. Refunds or replacements are only for damaged or faulty wine.

e. If you open a bottle within 30 days and find it’s faulty (off smell or taste), we’ll either send a replacement or offer a full refund—including return costs. Just send us a photo of the bottle and its cork, and we’ll work with the winemaker to check if it’s a fault with the wine. In some cases, we may ask you to return the cork for investigation.

f. You can cancel your order anytime before it’s dispatched, usually up until 11am on the business day before your delivery date.

g. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England.
