Terms & Conditions

1. Age Verification
1.1 We won’t sell or deliver alcohol to anyone under 18. By placing an order, you’re confirming that you’re at least 18 years old. If we’re unsure, we may cancel the order.
1.2 We follow a Challenge 25 policy. If you or the person receiving the delivery looks under 25, our drivers will ask for a valid ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, or an ID card with the PASS Hologram). If no ID is provided, we’ll withhold the order and issue a refund.

2. Payment
2.1 We accept all major debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Maestro, and more) through Lloyds Bank. Payment is taken as soon as you place your order, and delivery will happen once your payment is fully cleared. We also accept PayPal.
2.2 Refunds may take up to 7 days to show up in your account, and this is something we have no control over.

3. Order Process
3.1 We can cancel your order at any time before delivery, and we’re not required to give a reason.
3.2 Just because you’ve placed an order doesn’t mean it’s a done deal. If we can’t fulfill your order, we’ll offer alternatives or a full refund. We won’t compensate you for any inconvenience caused.
3.3 When you click the “Place Order” button, you’re making an offer to buy the goods. Once we deliver and you sign for them, that’s when the contract is finalized.
3.4 You’ll get an email confirmation with your order details and transaction number. If you want to track your delivery, make sure to provide your mobile number and email address.
3.5 If you want to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 working days of receiving your goods. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Pricing and Product Descriptions
4.1 We try to make sure everything is accurate, but mistakes can happen—whether it’s from a technical issue or human error.
4.2 If we spot a pricing error after you’ve placed your order, we’ll let you know. We’ll either offer to complete the order at the correct price or cancel it. We’re not required to honor incorrect prices.
4.3 Products are subject to availability. If the specific vintage you ordered is out of stock, we may send a different one without notice. We can’t guarantee the ABV or vintage of some wines, as these can change from year to year.
4.4 If an item is unavailable when we process your order, we’ll get in touch to offer a replacement or refund. Make sure your contact details are correct so we can reach you quickly.
4.5 Product images are for illustration purposes, and packaging can change without notice.
4.6 Always check your order confirmation, and if something’s off, let us know as soon as possible.

Discount Codes
We reserve the right to withdraw discounts at any time. Please note that our 6-bottle case discount and 10% off code does not apply to Champagne, Fine & Rare Wines, or Case Deal Wines. You can’t use discount codes on already discounted items.

5. Delivery

6. Credit Card Security
6.1 We use 128-bit encryption to keep your card details secure. You’ll see a padlock icon and "https://" in the address bar when you're on a secure page.
6.2 We take card fraud seriously, so if we suspect something’s off with your payment, we may perform extra checks. This could delay your order or even result in a refund and order cancellation. We’re just trying to protect both our business and our customers.

7. Privacy Policy
We only collect the basic information we need to process your order. We’ll never sell or share your details with anyone. We may occasionally send you promotional emails by a third party platform, but you can unsubscribe from them at any time. For full details, check our Privacy Page.

9. Claims & Queries
Check your goods when they arrive! If anything is broken or missing, let us know within 2 days of delivery. For any questions, just email us at sales@wolfwine.co.uk.

10. Complaints
If you’re not happy with something, we’ll do our best to make it right. Send your complaint to sales@wolfwine.co.uk with as much detail as you can (pictures too!). Please be patient as we’re a small team, but we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.

11. Unlawful Use
11.1 Please don’t use our site for anything illegal or harmful to us or others.
11.2 You’re not allowed to try and access information that isn’t meant for you.

12. Trademarks
All trademarks on this site belong to their respective owners.

13.2 We may update prices, offers, or product details at any time.
