Refunds and Replacements

a. Once your delivery arrives, check the bottles! If something’s wrong or the delivery didn’t meet your expectations, reach out and let us know.

b. If any items are damaged or incorrect (wrong wine, for example), we’ll happily offer a refund or a replacement—your choice.

c. If your order goes missing, get in touch with the courier company right away and they can assist further, alternatively send us an email. If it’s lost, we’ll send a replacement once confirmed with the courier or issue a full refund if we can’t resolve it within 7 working days.

d. Since wine is perishable, we can’t accept returns for unwanted items. Refunds or replacements are only for damaged or faulty wine.

e. If you open a bottle within 30 days and find it’s faulty (off smell or taste), we’ll either send a replacement or offer a full refund—including return costs. Just send us a photo of the bottle and its cork, and we’ll work with the winemaker to check if it’s a fault with the wine. In some cases, we may ask you to return the cork for investigation.

f. You can cancel your order anytime before it’s dispatched, usually up until 11 AM on the business day before your delivery date.

g. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England.
