Pinos 11 Orange Macabeo takes some of the best organically farmed Macabeo & gives it a full-on skin-contact treatment for around two months. The result is a pale orange glow in the glass & a wine that’s super easy drinking with a real presence. Think ripe peach, apricot & white flowers, layered over a textured, slightly creamy palate with a gentle grip from the skins. There’s freshness running through it too, keeping everything balanced and way too easy to drink for something with this much personality. Properly expressive.
