This crafty little Dolcetto is one of 8,000 bottles, made from just 3 hectares in the rolling hills of Dogliani. Be prepared for a good slap of sour cherry, raspberries & just the right amount of earthy smoke. Time in bottle has helped develop a little savouriness too, keeping this red interesting from beginning to end.
