From the sun-baked vineyards of Kakheti, Vardisperi’s Rkatsiteli is textured, energetic and gloriously a little bit wild. Expect baked apple, dried apricot and orange peel, backed up by a gentle tea-like grip and savoury spice from skin contact. Ancient winemaking roots with a fresh, modern swagger.
