Wagram doesn't get the fanfare of some of Austria's bigger names, but that's exactly why it's worth knowing. This is a region built on loess soils & quiet, meticulous winemaking and this Grüner is a proper showcase of what it does best. Expect a fuller & fruitier style packed with  green apple, peaches and a hint of grapefruit all with a saline, mineral edge that keeps things razor sharp. There's texture too, a little weight on the palate that stops this from being just another zippy white. Honest, well-made and endlessly drinkable.
