This Big, bolshy Bobal is made using a selection of the best organic grapes from 80 year old vines that deliver heaps of cherry and blackcurrants thanks to the Spanish sun, coconut courtesy of the american oak.  Not for wusses.

Pairs with: Aged Manchego, a filthy slow cooked spag bol or enjoyed whilst in the comfort of a cosy blanket!
