No flashy labels, no big ego, just ridiculously pure Chardonnay made from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards around the tiny village of Loché, where the pair have known each other since childhood. This Pouilly-Loché 1er Reserve is all about texture, purity & tension. Without oak getting in the way, it delivers lemon peel, white pepper & a little ginger spice, layered over that classic chalky Burgundy backbone. There’s freshness here, but also a soft, rounded texture that gives it real depth without ever feeling heavy. Elegant stuff.
