Chez Jau comes from the sunny hills of Roussillon (aka southern France,  Languedoc‑Roussillon region) — the kind of Mediterranean terrain that makes grapes sponge up plenty of sunshine. This bottle is the “after‑party” wine, it's deep golden colour, with a nose full of honey‑drizzled orange peels, dried fruits, and toasted nuts. On the palate, expect warm spice, a little sweet‑edge, and a rich‑but‑balanced finish. 

Pairs with: Blue cheese + fig jam. The rest is history!
