Volcanic soils & icy breezes rolling in from the Southern Ocean are turning this into one of Australia’s most exciting wine spots. This is Pinot with a pulse, juicy, vibrant & way too easy to sink. Expect wild strawberry, red cherry & a little earthy spice, with soft tannins & that cool-climate freshness keeping everything light on its feet. The kind of red that works chilled too.
