This stunning Chardonnay hails from a single vineyard on marl and limestone soils, at high altitude. It’s aged in a combination of old barrels and clay amphorae for a year. Linear but textured, this is the sort of wine that blows our socks off. There’s so much fruit quality here but it’s offset perfectly by electric acidity. 

Pairs with: Creamy, soft cheese, the nascent spring sunshine and a book on fun English words such as ‘nascent’.
