Winemaker Patrick Ligeron achieved his lifetime goal in 2015 when he bought up 11 hectares of vines in his home region of Jura & he's been farming organically and honouring the local wine heritage ever since. Aged 12-15 months in barrel, giving it real depth without losing its sense of place. Expect ripe peach, honeysuckle and a touch of citrus up front, deepening into ginger, spice and a nutty, savoury core that's true to Jura's oxidative style.
