We often get asked here at Wolf Wine for anything funky, but what does that mean? Funky wines are usually minimal intervention,  unfiltered & can appear hazy. Their characteristics are earthy even spicy at times and can be yeasty, think of a flavoured komucha or perry. Beer is no different, Alex will be bringing the heat!
