Missing Gate take their estate-grown Pinot Noir, give it longer on the skins than you'd expect and the result is something moodier & more layered than your average pink. Think plush red cherry, a floral edge and a warming touch of spice, but it never loses that easy-drinking charm, soft tannins & a handful of crunchy red berries carrying through to the finish. Good served with a chill on it, or let it come up to room temperature and watch it open right up.
