Grown out in the sun-baked vineyards of Murcia, this Monastrell is juicy, crunchy & spicy. Full of swagger. No wonder it's Spain's second largest grape grown. Expect dark cherry, cooked plum & redcurrant jelly with a hint of dark chocolate, with a little  clove/anise spice edge underneath. There’s richness here, sure, but also freshness enough lift to keep the whole thing balanced.
