David Morris is one of the pioneers of biodynamic winemaking in the UK. He grew up in Wales and returned in the 2000s to take over management at Ancre Hill Estate. He now creates low intervention wines under Mountain People Wine. The rosé is a big old field blend, fermented in stainless steel with no added sulphites or other additives.
