Nuvo Nivo is a collaboration between UK importer Modal and their iconic producer Elodie Jaume, whose family estate sits in the heart of the Rhône valley on the edge of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The name means "new level" in French, made using beautifully grown biodynamic grapes that might otherwise have gone to waste. Expect juicy plums and blackberries up front, with a savoury edge, spice and a touch of herbaceous freshness running through. Medium-bodied & properly food-friendly.

Pairs with: Grilled or roasted meats or a good charcuterie board.
