 Roc Am bulle Pet Nat hails from Fronton, near Toulouse in the south-west region of France, where vines of 100% Negrette (and sometimes a splash of local varieties) grow on gravelly, iron-rich soils under organic, minimal-intervention farming where the makers use wild yeast, no added sulphur and it's bottled mid-ferment so the fizz is natural, a little hazy and full of character. Expect a dark-pink glow, juicy raspberries, sweet cherries, a hint of of herb-tinged funk. Delish!
