Straight from the ancient vineyards of Shilda Winery in the hills of Kakheti, Georgia. This is orange wine in proper heritage style. It’s made from the indigenous grape Kisi, fermented on skins in traditional clay qvevri amphorae, giving it that rich amber glow and a texture you can chew on. It's big on dried‑apricot aromatics, bright orchard fruit, nuttiness and a pinch of spice - all wrapped up in soft yet grippy tannis. 

Pairs with: Smoked trout on toasted crusty bread - all day long!
