Silent Noise is the personal project of a winemaker raised in the family business, coming from vineyard stock through and through. The HO Riesling comes from the Watervale vineyard, picked in the cool of night & pressed within two hours to keep things fresh and minimise skin contact. The result is citrus on another level: lemon and lime curd, kaffir lime leaf and sherbet, dancing with elderflower and white blossom. Zingy, aromatic & properly refreshing.
