Honestly, to us this is probably the greatest Riesling ever made. Let us introduce you to brothers Christoph & Johannes Thorle, the creative masters behind this signature expression of riesling. Today the boys farm their family estate in keeping with organic and biodynamic principles, opting for wild vineyards, zero chemicals and little to no machine use. The Fienherb is an off dry blend of Riesling harvested from multiple sites in the Rheinhessen.

Paired with: Makes a Vietnamese Pho sing but if you’re more of a Pot Noodle type that’ll work too.
