Made by Fattoria di Vaira, a biodynamic farm and winery set on the hills of Molise, Italy. It’s a wild‑hearted orange wine made from a blend of Falanghina and Trebbiano, macerated briefly on their skins so the juice picks up a hazy golden glow and a little grip — just enough to keep things interesting. Expect orchard and stone‑fruit, peaches, crunchy yellow plums and soft quince, with a fine mineral backbone.

Pairs with: Aged pecorino and some warm crusty bread
