What - Domaine Du Vieux Pressoir is a 26-hectare estate located in the heart of the Loire Valley, just outside the town of Saumur. The estate is owned and run by the Vagnon family who have been growing and producing exceptional wines for generations. This delightful fizz is perfect for those looking for champagne quality without paying an arm and a leg.
 
Hand-harvested Chenin and Chardonnay are vinified over wild yeasts before undergoing the champagne method. This is a light and delicate fizz with fine bubbles and notes of pear, green apple, chalk and orchard blossom. Think Chablis with some sparkles.
