What - Vinarstvi Cech is a family estate covering 23 hectares in the heart of the Czech Republic's booming wine scene; Moravia. The estate starting doing it's thing in 2010 under the gaze of the Jan Cech and now is run by his son Petr. The estate is proudly organic and minimalist in its vinification approach producing eco conscious wines that are delicious, complex and expressive of this unique terroir.
 
Hand harvesting, hand sorting, barrel fermentation - this chardonnay has all the good stuff. The result: A rich and buttery white loaded with notes of citrus peel, banana, tropical fruit, toast and buttered pastry.
