What - Winery of Good Hope is the second project from the legends at Radford Dale Vintners in Stellenbosch. Headed up by Alex Dale, these guys strive to produce great value, terroir focused wines with as little environmental damage as possible.
 
For this zesty white old vine chenin is hand harvested in at different times, crushed, vinified and blended in stainless steel. The result is a bright, refreshing expression of chenin loaded with notes of apple, honey, lime zest and melons
