What - Domain Le Roc is a small 24 hectare family estate located in the lesser known region of Fronton, nr Toulouse. Fronton is widely regarded as being one of France's smallest appelations. The Ribes family who run the estate are passionate about flora and fauna and run the estate as ecologically as possible, with most of the vines certified as organic.
 
This funky little petnat has to be one of our favourites. Crafted from hand harvested Negrette, the wine is naturally fermented in stainless steel before finishing its ferment in bottle. The result is a rose sparkling with beautiful spritz and layers upon layers of strawberry, redcurrent and rhubarb.
