What - Ciello is a Sicilian winery dedicated to providing the world with approachable, easy-going natural wine. The combination of hilly, south-east facing vineyards and a Mediterranean climate are ideal for producing plenty of sunshine-filled,  indigenous varieties of grapes. The Vesco family have been in control of the winery for over a decade and are passionate about their environment. They continue to invest in new technologies whilst offering their organic wines to thirsty wine lovers around the globe. 
 
For the Ciello Rosso, organic fruit is harvested from small plots across Sicily's southern shoreline. The juice is fermented with wild yeasts and aged in steel before bottling unfined, unfiltered and with minimal sulphite.
 
This is a fresh, bright red wine that is the go-to crowd pleaser for dinner parties and BBQs. It offers bold notes of black cherry, brambles, violet and sweet spice. If you're on the hunt for an introduction to organic, low intervention wine; start with the Ciello Rosso!
