What - Fourth Wave wine was a passion venture headed up by winemakers Nick Crampton and Ryan Corey. Their simple mission was to produce top notch, yet affordable organic wines. To do this they buy small parcels of fruit from organic growers across south Australia. Using there own winery and by using other friends equipment they have been able to make these incredibly expressive and clean low intervntion wines 
 
This is crafted from organic pinot noir grown around the Adelaide Hills. This they naturally ferment in steel before lightly aging in old oak. The result is a bomb of strawberry, fig, blueberry and sweet spice.
