What - Vinarstvi Cech is a family estate covering 23 hectares in the heart of the Czech Republic's booming wine scene; Moravia. The estate starting doing it's thing in 2010 under the gaze of the Jan Cech and now is run by his son Petr. The estate is proudly organic and minimalist in its vinification approach producing eco conscious wines that are delicious, complex and expressive of this unique terroir.
 
This wine sings of all the love and care this winery gives to its vines. After a natural ferment and a bit of time in tank this vibrant red is brimming with raspberry coulis, blueberry, crush herbs and tealeaf.  The perfect partner with a roast chicken.
