What - Translated at ‘Once upon a time in Ventenac’, the Coup de Sang is an all natural red blend from Maison Ventenac of Carbardes in the heart of Languedoc. Organic Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc are hand harvested and destemmed before vinification. The grapes are fermented all together in stainless steel and then further aged before bottling with no added sulphite whatsoever - a true natural.
 
This is robust and powerful with notes of black fruit, pepper, mushrooms, flower and savoury spice.
