What - The Abadia Mercier is a delicious white wine from the arid soils dotted around the town of Castille Y Leon. This wine demonstrates that Spain can do delicious whites just as well as it can reds. We love to crack this wine open at dinner parties or summer BBQs - it's a real crowd pleasing white wine with great character. 
 
The Abadia Mercier Branco is made from 100% Verdejo grown in a small family-run vineyard around Castille Y Leon. After harvesting and crushing, the juice is fermented at a very cold temperature resulting in a wine that is zippy and fresh, bursting with notes of lemon zest, melons and peaches. This is a real treat on a summer's day. 
 
Zippy, refreshing, zesty. 12.5% ABV.
